The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, so you will want to spend as much time as possible outdoors exploring the endless amounts of hiking trails, adrenaline fuelled activities, mountain biking, or enjoying the view from the Peak 2 Peak Gondola. In the spring and summer months take a walk past the Golf Course, with the green keepers keeping the course pristine this turns the course into a 5* gourmet dining experience for the black bears that love to munch on the lush grass on the fairways!

A trip to Victoria is kick started with a short 90-minute ferry ride across the Strait of Georgia, where you can look back and view Vancouver from a different angle. Once you arrive in Victoria enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Inner Harbour towards Fisherman’s Wharf, with floating houses and shops. During the summer months you can feed the gentile and polite harbour seals which is always a great story to tell on your return. Victoria is one of the best places to embark on a whale watching tour from, and one to tick off your bucket list, as you observe Killer Whales in the area (from April-October) and other intriguing marine life. For a truly unique experience, travel back to Vancouver by floatplane which unveils the incredible surrounding scenery of the area.
