Check in – Use WestJet’s Web check-in service at Westjet.com. Simply select your seat from 24 hours up to 60 minutes before you fly, print your own boarding pass and avoid the line-up at the airport. Or, if you prefer to check in at the airport, WestJet’s smilng customer service agents are always happy to help you. We recommend that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight departure time. Check in closes strictly 30 minutes prior to departure.
Seat assignments are all on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of check-in.
Pre-boarding is provided for guests travelling with small children, unaccompanied minors, and for guests requiring extra assistance. o.
Inflight services:
Headsets - available for a nominal fee on all flights that offer live satellite television or you can bring your own headset.
Free snack and drinks - complimentary coffee, soft drinks and snacks (cookies, snack mix) will be served on all flights. WestJet does not provide a full meal service.
Buy on Board – you can purchase food on all non-stop flights over one hour and 40 minutes. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food onboard, and although alcohol can be brought onboard, it cannot be consumed; that's the law!
