Day 1

Arrival in Halifax
Arriving at Halifax International Airport, you will collect your car hire and make your way into the vibrant city of Halifax and head to your downtown hotel. Spend the rest of your day exploring the charming city. Spend the night in Halifax.

Day 2

Halifax is a historical city with plenty to see and do and is one of the world's largest natural harbours. Spend the day exploring the many museums and harbour waterfront area or a cruise onboard Bluenose II. Spend the night in Halifax.

Day 3

Western Shore (140KM)
This morning you will be heading along the lighthouse route around the south east coast of Nova Scotia towards Peggy's Cove. Continue your journey onto the Western Shore, a pretty and peaceful area with views across to Mahone Bay and Oak Island. Spend the night in Western Shore.

Day 4

Western Shore
Your resort is located on the beautiful southern shores of Nova Scotia with breath-taking views of Mahone Bay. Enjoy the day at your leisure enjoying the stunning scenery. Overnight in Western Shore.

Day 5

Digby (193KM)
Continuing along the coast today you will visit the popular port of Lunenburg. The waterfront is beautiful and you can spend some time exploring the historical architecture and visit the renowned Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic. Continue your drive along the coastline and spend the night in Digby.

Day 6

Truro (300KM)
Driving along the northern shore of Nova Scotia this morning, stop at the Bay of Fundy and marvel at this natural wonder made world famous for its extreme tides. Spend the night in Truro.

Day 7

Charlottetown (130KM)
Heading north today you are going to make your way onto Charlottetown, Canada's smallest Province, on Prince Edward Island. Spend the night in Charlottetown.

Day 8

Today is at your leisure to enjoy exploring this beautiful and charming coastal city. Charlottetown is bursting with culture, romance, elegant Victorian homes and lively squares. Spend the night in Charlottetown.

Day 9

Antigonish (160KM)
Returning to Nova Scotia via ferry this morning, you will be heading north east to the seacoast, where you will have the rest of the day to explore the tranquil setting and beautiful coastal scenery. Spend the night in Antigonish.

Day 10

Cape Breton Highlands National Park (280KM)
Today you will drive the beautiful and famous Cabot Trail as you traverse north towards Cape Breton Highlands. The scenery here is breathtaking. Spend the night in Cape Breton Highlands.

Day 11

Cape Breton Highlands National Park (145KM)
Enjoy a second full day in Cape Breton. Perhaps pay a visit to St. Ann's and its historical sights. Spend the night in Cape Breton Highlands.

Day 12

West Bay (89KM)
Continuing south along the Cabot Trail passing charming maritime communities that still celebrate the Scottish heritage. Continue onto Bras d'Or Lake and perhaps stop at Baddeck before continuing onto West Bay. Spend the night in West Bay.

Day 13

Liscombe Mill (270KM)
Discover the eastern part of Cape Breton Island by circumnavigating the great inland sea of Bras d'Or Lake. Continue on the Marine Drive along Nova Scotia's eastern Atlantic coast. Spend the night in Liscombe Mills.

Day 14

Halifax - End of Tour (175KM)
Breakfast included. The morning is free to explore before you follow the Marine Drive back to Halifax International Airport to check-in for your return flight.
