Day 1

Montreal
Arriving in Montreal, you will collect your car hire and make your way to your downtown hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this unique and vibrant French-Canadian city. Spend the night in Montreal.

Day 2

Montreal To Quebec City (255km)
Get to know this French-speaking city on a cruise on the St. Lawrence River accompanied by an expert local guide. You will explore 25km of history and attractions along the way including Old Port, Ste-Helen’s Island, the unspoiled landscape of the Boucherville Islands and much more! Spend the night in Quebec City.

Day 3

Quebec City
Enjoy a full day in Quebec City at your leisure, exploring the many beautiful museums, historical architecture, designer boutiques and unwinding in Parisian-style cafes. Spend the night in Quebec City.

Day 4

Quebec City To Rivière-du-loup (205km)
Today’s drive takes you along the St. Lawrence River to Rivière-du-Loup. From the Park of the Luminous Cross, you will enjoy a wide-reaching view of the town’s centre, the St. Lawrence and the five islands called Les Pèlerins, home to thousands of seabirds and shorebirds. Spend the night in Rivière-du-Loup.

Day 5

Rivière-du-loup To Baie Des Chaleurs (410km)
Uncover the scenery and maritime lore of the Gaspé Peninsula today as you travel to Baie des Chaleurs which lies at the inlet of the Gulf of St. Lawrence between northern New Brunswick and eastern Quebec. Baie des Chaleurs is a famous fishing ground for cod, herring, mackerel, and salmon, with many Acadian fishing villages on its shores. Spend the night in Baie des Chaleurs.

Day 6

Baie Des Chaleurs To Percé (120km)
Today you will journey along the Capitaine Fournier road giving a great view of a railway tunnel that crosses Cap de l’Enfer - Cape of Hell. The tunnel measures 190m in length and is the only one of its kind in Quebec. From the ‘Côte de Surprise’ (Surprise Coast) highway by the small fishing port of L’Anse-à-Beaufils you’ll have a magnificent full on view of Percé Bay and the natural wonder Percé Rock. Spend the night in Percé.

Day 7

Percé
Once the largest fishing port in the Gaspé Peninsula, Percé is now the gem of the entire Gaspé as it is surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. The town was named after the beautiful geological wonder rock that stands proud with a large hole ‘pierced’ into it. The town is vibrant with a great selection of bars and restaurants to enjoy, and you can savour plenty of delicious fresh caught seafood. Spend the night in Percé.

Day 8

Percé To Parc De La Gaspésie (280km)
As you pass the eastern most tip of the peninsula, take some time to visit Forillon National Park, with towering cliffs and beautiful lighthouses. Make a photo stop at Gros Morne with its magnificent cliffs and lovely bay area. Continue on to the heart of the Gaspé Peninsula where a wondrous mountainous spectacle awaits you in the Parc de la Gaspésie. Spend the night in Parc de la Gaspésie.

Day 9

Parc De La Gaspésie
AThe park is the only place in Quebec where caribou, moose and deer co-exist, and you can enjoy viewing them as you hike along the 140km of hiking trails with breathtaking views across the park. If hiking isn’t your thing, try your hand at mountain biking, canoeing, fishing or just enjoy picnicking in beautiful surroundings. Spend the night in Parc de la Gaspésie.

Day 10

Parc De La Gaspésie To Tadoussac (285km Land Only)
Today you will leave the Gaspé Region and drive to Tadoussac, a place filled with marine life, and in particular a great place to view whales. Be sure to stop off at some of the quaint towns along the way and explore the independent art galleries showcasing eastern Quebec artwork and wood carvings. To cross the St. Lawrence River you have a choice of crossings: Matane to Baie Comeau/Godbout; Les Escoumins to Trois Pistoles; or Saint Simeon to Riviere Du Loup. Keep an eye out for whales and other wildlife as you cross the mighty St. Lawrence. Spend the night in Tadoussac.

Day 11

End Of Tour (215 Km)
Today, take a short but scenic drive into Saguenay. An excellent view of the waters below the Saguenay Fjord can be found at the town of L’Anse-de-Roche. Spend the night in Saguenay.

Day 12

Saguenay To Lac St. Jean (126km)
Explore Saguenay Provincial Park, beautiful strips of land along the north and south shores of the Saguenay Fjord, with dark amber water due to the 250m depth. Visit the park’s interpretative centre and learn about the formation of the fjord and its physical, hydro graphic and oceanographic characteristics. Spend the night in Lac St. Jean.

Day 13

Lac St. Jean To Saint-alexis-desmonts (273km)
You will have more time to enjoy this impressive area of the Sagueney Region. Outdoor lovers can enjoy boating, hiking, climbing and fishing for landlocked salmon, or even horse riding around the lake. End the day with a drive through Quebec’s wild nature dense terrain as you make your way to Saint-Alexis-des-Monts. Spend the night in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts.

Day 14

Saint-alexis-des-monts
If staying at Sacacomie Lodge or Lac à l'Eau Claire, you will have access to a wide variety of activities during your stay. This area is well known as being an excellent spot to view bears in their natural habitat, as well as beavers and other enchanting wildlife. Spend the night in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts.

Day 15

Saint-alexis-des-monts To Montreal / End Of Tour (150km)
Return to Montreal Trudeau International Airport to check in for your return flight.
