1) Can I pay in instalments?

If you have made an Instant Purchase fare booking the full balance must be paid at the time of booking. If, however you have made a Standard fare booking you will be required to pay a GBP £100/$200 per person deposit with the full balance being due 10 weeks prior to departure. If you are booking other products (eg: car hire, hotels, Cruise, Rocky Mountaineer etc) we will require a 10% deposit per person (£250 per person for Cruise bookings) plus GBP £100 per person if booking flights also. You will be required to pay your final balance 10 weeks prior to departure and your travel documentation will be sent to you 4-6 weeks before you depart.

2) Will I incur a charge if I use my credit card to pay for my booking?

MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards incur a 2% surcharge and American Express 2.5%. If you use a debit card there will be no additional charge. The surcharge does not apply to deposits paid on standard fares.

3) Which credit/debit cards can I use?

Canadian Affair accepts MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta and American Express for bookings in Pound Sterling.
