In the area
The hotel offers free cruiser-style bicycles for guests to explore the city on, and there are plenty of pretty rides to take, in particular along the 22km seawall that surrounds the downtown peninsular, the beachfront promenades of English Bay and the many lovely trails through Stanley Park.
It is just a few minutes’ on foot to the busy Granville Street, with its many theatres and restaurants, and to the excellent shopping of Robson Street. Head down to the waterfront and hop on a ferry over to Granville Island, famous for its market and its strong arts scene, with many shows and performances, including regular street entertainers.
