In the area
The hotel is opposite the US Ferry port which connects Victoria with the city of Port Angeles in Washington. Stroll along the road and you will come to the main waterfront and the Parliament Buildings. The harbour is a hive of activity, with street performers, vendors and regular festivals as well as plenty of boats coming and going. Take the ferry to the Upper Harbour and explore Point Ellice House, with a fantastic collection of Victoriana and pretty gardens where you can enjoy traditional afternoon tea.
For a retreat from the busy city, walk along the waterfront to Laurel Point Park, or head inland to the beautiful Beacon Hill.
