In the area
The hotel is a few minutes walk from the shores of the Yukon River and from the S.S. Klondike Nation Historic Site, one of the last beautiful sternwheeler boats which now houses over 7000 artefacts, paying tribute to the days before roads, when the Yukon was linked to outside world by boats.
Downtown Whitehorse has a good range of shops and restaurants, as well as the interesting MacBride Museum. Hop on and off the Waterfront Trolley and explore the historic town at your leisure, or head off for a relaxing soak in the Takhini Hot Springs just a forty minute drive away
