The menu serves up a combination of classic dishes and new favourites, all made with quality ingredients, which support local suppliers like Winnipeg Old Country Sausage, Notre Dame Creamery, and Countryside Farms. The most popular item is the Giant Apple Pancake—oven baked with freshly sliced apples and imported Saigon cinnamon glaze. Delicious!
