Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive in Calgary
Upon arrival, spend the rest of the day sightseeing in “The Heart of the New West” independently. Overnight in Calgary.
Day 2 Calgary to Banff
Depart Calgary onto Banff on a scheduled transfer. You will be amazed by the scenic mountain views on this drive. Take advantage in exploring as you arrive in Banff with local activities include canoeing, hiking in the mountains, or simply relaxing and taking in the magnificent views.
Day 3 Banff to Lake Louise
A half-day tour takes you into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders, the tour ends in Lake Louise where the remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure to enjoy this magnificent location
Day 4 – Lake Louise to Jasper
Enjoy a sightseeing tour to Jasper national parks via the Icefields Parkway. Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier. Arrive in Jasper late this afternoon.
Day 5 – Rocky Mountaineer Jasper to Kamloops
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Jasper Station. Today you will travel from Jasper in the Canadian Rockies to Kamloops.
Day 6 - Rocky Mountaineer Kamloops to Vancouver
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station. On today’s journey west, you will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains. Your rail journey ends this evening upon arrival in Vancouver.
Day 7 - Vancouver
Your tour ends upon checkout from your Vancouver hotel. Head to Vancouver Airport for your return flight home.
