In the area
The hotel is in the centre of Charlottetown, close to the pretty urban park Rochford Square, and a block from the main shopping district of Queen Street, where there is an excellent variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the large Confederation Court shopping centre.
Stroll down to the historic waterfront for more pretty boutiques and restaurants and Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum which houses an interesting collection of military uniforms and artefacts, while Founder’s Hall at the other end of the waterfront tells the fascinating story of Canada’s birthplace, and the historic Confederation Landing Park, is host to many festivals and events throughout the year.
