In the area
The resort has plenty to occupy you onsite but is also five minutes from Boundary Ranch, where you can take a guided horseback trail ride through the Rockies, or try your hand at white water rafting.
Take the paved Village Rim Trail from the hotel to Kananaskis Village on foot or by bike, with some amazing viewpoints along the way.
The village itself has several restaurants and spas, as well as boutiques to browse through. You can hire a kayak and explore the local lakes, or perhaps take to the skies on a helicopter tour of the area for some really jaw-dropping views.
