In the area
The hotel is just a few minutes’ from the impressive parliament buildings which you can take an interesting tour around, and across from the pretty Esplanade Park. Stroll through the park to the historic Citadel, Quebec’s old fortress and the official residence of the Queen and the Governor General, where you can watch the changing of the guard and browse the excellent collection of memorabilia at the Royal 22nd Regiment Musuem.
Walk to Dufferin Terrace for some lovely views over the Lower Town and the river, before taking the funicular railway down to explore the charming streets and boutiques.
