Whistler and Blackcomb boast some incredible mountain statistics. Offering over 8,100 combined skiable terrain, more than 200 marked trails, 3 glaciers, 37 lifts and 16 alpine bowls - the numbers speak for themselves.

Although the majority of the mountain is Intermediate level and above, beginners should fear not as the mountain varies incredibly and there are some excellent long gentle runs that cruise right down to the village. However no other resort varies so greatly, as there are also steep bowls, couloirs, tree skiing in abundance too, meaning there is just as much for the first timer as there is for the extreme skiers and riders.

The opening of the Peak2Peak Gondola has opened up even more terrain to enjoy and has meant that no matter where you stay in Whistler, whether it is in the old or the new village, access to the mountain of your choice has never been easier.

Whistler Resort

Whistler is one of the most vibrant villages in North America - year round. There are so many restaurants, bars and nightclubs to choose from that the party continues throughout the day, into après and long into the night. With a young and trendy vibe, it is the perfect place for younger groups and couples to enjoy a livelier nightlife than you will find in most other mountain resorts.

Just as popular for families though too, there is an endless list of activities on offer for your rest days and non-skiers. Try your hand at Ziptrekking through the forest, snowmobiling, heli-skiing and boarding, or a personal favourite of ours is a visit to the Scandinave Spa.
