Key responsibilities:
- Pre-flight preperation.
- Post-flight reconciliation.
- Ticket/documentation issuing.
- Sales.
- Customer service.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with handling agents, airline partners and airport staff.
- Problem solving.
- Assisting airline partners during delays.
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role within an airport either with an Airline, Tour Operator or Handling Agent.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- IT literate.
- Ability to think and act quickly.
- Familiarity with a CRS would be beneficial.
- Weekend work and early starts are required.
We currently have a part-time position (16-20hrs per week) available at Glasgow Airport for the upcoming Summer season. All contracts are Seasonal and subject to a probationary period.

Travel Consultants
- We are currently looking to recruit experienced travel consultants with a passion for Canada in our London and Glasgow offices.
Through your own knowledge and recommendations you will be responsible for tailor-making holidays to Canada as well as selling flight seats.
The successful applicant must be self motivated, enthusastic, flexible, and have a passion for selling.

Administration
- We are currently looking for an excellent candidate to work in our busy administration and ticketing department in our London head office. This department issues all scheduled airline tickets, charter tickets, prepares client invoices and tickets ready for despatch, as well as booking land components.
You will need to have a keen eye for attention to detail and be a good team player.
Our fast growing dynamic company means you will be self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and work well in a busy environment.
