Emerald Lake Lodge is situated in the heart of Yoho National Park, a stunning expanse of soaring peaks, flat valleys, rushing waters and turquoise lakes. It’s no wonder that the name Yoho is a Cree expression of awe and wonder. This variety of unique habitats are home to an incredibly diverse mix of plants and animals including Moose and Grizzly Bear. Highlights within the National Park include Takakkaw Falls, the 2nd highest in Canada, Natural Bridge, a rock formation that spans the rushing Kicking Horse River and Lake O’Hara, a stunning alpine lake which has limited access due to its delicate ecosystem.
