In the area
The hotel has direct access to Chesterman Beach, which is a warm, sheltered beach great for surfing and linked by a tombolo – or sand spit – at low tide to rocky Frank Island.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to try, from a range of hiking trails along rocky headlands or lush rainforest, to paddleboarding and kayaking out on the water. There are also several tours available where you can glimpse black bears or watch the playful displays of the humpback whales.
Tofino town is a ten minute drive from the hotel, and offers a good mix of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as several galleries and spas.
