The hotel is in an excellent central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the waterfront boardwalk lined with boutiques, tasty restaurants and galleries, which you can follow right along the shoreline to the Canadian Museum of Immigration at the historic Pier 21.
Moored in the harbour are often elegant tall ships, on which you can even take a memorable trip – a lunch aboard or perhaps an evening party cruise.
Stroll down Spring Garden Road for the city’s best shopping, with the beautiful Halifax Public Gardens at the far end, bursting with colourful flowers and host regular music in the traditional bandstand.
