Day 1 – Port Hardy to Nimmo Bay
Start your day with panoramic views of the BC coastline and Vancouver island on your flight up to Port Hardy, located at the top of the island. After arriving at Port Hardy continue your journey with a short 20 minute floatplane flight out to Nimmo Bay. The resort features nine spacious-yet-cozy solid wood cabins: six bay side and three streamside, overlooking a waterfall, all with breath taking views of the surrounding bay. Settle into your cabin, enjoy a delicious dinner and relax on the floating fire dock in preparation of the adventures ahead.
Day 2 -3 Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort
As an all-inclusive adventure resort, you have access to an incredible selection of included guided activities and excursions that are arranged with the experienced guides, upon arrival to Nimmo Bay. Everything is customised to best suit your level of adventure and desires. View bears or whales from a boat, paddle board or sea kayak, hike some of the numerous trails that run through the old growth forests, enjoy a private picnic on a secluded beach or relax with a spot of yoga on the open floating dock, the choice is yours.
Day 4 – Nimmo Bay to Port Hardy – End of Tour
Enjoy morning and afternoon activities before you prepare to check out and board the floatplane on the resort dock for your return flight transfer to Port Hardy departing mid-afternoon.
Due to floatplane weight restrictions, luggage is restricted to two pieces per person totalling no more than 35lbs combined. Arrangements can be made to store excess luggage in Port Hardy or Vancouver through Pacific Coastal Airlines.Want to alter anything?
