Fly to Halifax
Halifax doesn't often spring to mind as an excellent city break destination; however, we think it is one of Canada's best kept secrets! This is why this amazing Halifax short break provides the perfect base to explore the enchanting coastlines of the Maritimes and get a first taste of Nova Scotia and its fantastic fresh seafood!
Halifax
You have two full days to explore the city and all the attractions it has to offer. Halifax is home to numerous National Historic Sites all worth visiting such as the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, the Georges Island National Historic Site, or the Prince of Wales Tower National Historic Site. We also recommend a day trip to Peggy’s Cove, one of Canada’s most photographed locations.
Fly Home
Enjoy a final day of shopping and sightseeing making sure to take a walk on the Boardwalk and visiting the Halifax Public Gardens. Halifax is also home to several interesting museums such as the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 or the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. Head to the airport at the end of the day for your overnight flight home.
