Day 1-2

With a full day free at leisure why not day trip to world famous Peggy’s Cove or nearby Lunenburg? The city blends seafaring heritage with modern charm and a cosmopolitan feel, making it a perfect start to your maritime adventure.
Day 3-4
Charlottetown
Collect your vehicle from downtown Halifax and journey over to Prince Edward Island. Arrive in Charlottetown where you will stay for the next two days. Known as the birthplace of the Canadian Confederation, the city offers historic charm and coastal beauty. With its walkable streets and friendly vibe, Charlottetown is a perfect introduction to Prince Edward Island.
Day 5-6
Prince Edward Island National Park
Continue onto Price Edward Island National Park for the next couple of days. This coastal park features red cliffs, sandy beaches, and scenic walking and cycling trails. Enjoy ocean views, spot seabirds, and explore the iconic dunes of Cavendish. Perfect for nature lovers, the park offers both relaxation and outdoor adventure along the picturesque north shore.
Day 7
Green Gables Heritage Place
On today’s drive, step into the world of Anne of Green Gables at this beautifully preserved site. Tour the Green Gables farmhouse, stroll through the Lovers Lane and The Haunted Woods, and learn about author Lucy Maud Montgomery. A must-visit for fans and those curious about Prince Edward Island’s literature. Continue onto West Point at the end of the day.
Day 8
North Cape Coastal Drive
Ever dreamed of sleeping in a lighthouse? Look no further as you explore the North Cape Coastal Drive from the West Point Lighthouse. Discover wind-swept cliffs, Acadian culture, and charming coastal villages. Ideal for a peaceful drive through the island’s rural beauty. Home of the Briny-Sweet Malpeque Oyster, make sure to give it a try during your stay.
Day 9
Fly Home
Today you will head back to Halifax for your return flight home. Enjoy the scenic drive from Prince Edward Island to the airport, which includes the Confederation Bridge, rolling farmland, and coastal vistas. Stretch your legs in towns like Truro or Amherst for lunch or visit the Burntcoat Head Park for incredible views of the Bay of Fundy before heading to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
