Combine two quintessential Canadian winter activities, skiing down the slopes in Whistler and viewing the Northern Lights in the Yukon. Start in Whistler, frequently voted as one of the best mountain resorts in the world and only a two-hour drive from Vancouver. Here over 8,100 acres of skiable terrain await you on the two mountains of Whistler and Blackcomb, as well as lively apres-ski in the bustling pedestrianised downtown. Then head to the Yukon where the short winter days make it the perfect place to sit out under a clear sky and watch the Aurora Borealis. You will have 3 opportunities to see the Aurora Borealis, more commonly known as the Northern Lights, a spectacle of magnetic and electrical charges in the air, colouring the sky a multitude of majestic hues.

  • Domestic flights between Vancouver and Whitehorse
