Explore the Rockies with time in Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, enjoying a day tour up the Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic highways in the world. Then journey on board the iconic Rocky Mountaineer to enchanting coastal city of Vancouver, enjoying first class cuisine from their signature glass domed carriages.

Day 1-2
Toronto
Fly to Toronto and transfer independently to your downtown hotel. The city is a jewel in eastern Canada’s crown as it is beautifully located on the shores of Lake Ontario and is one of the world’s most vibrant cities. The next day you are free to explore so travel up the iconic CN Tower, be spoilt for choice in the foodie’s heaven that is St Lawrence Market and stroll the Art Gallery of Ontario, home to an impressive 95,000 pieces of artwork from Canada and the rest of the world.
Day 3
Niagara Falls
Journey to Niagara Falls on a scheduled transfer and view the iconic falls from Queen Victoria Park or from the Voyage to the Falls boat tour. Other attractions await such as Journey Behind the Falls where you get the witness the power and feel the spray from Horseshoe Falls.
Day 4-6
Banff
A scheduled transfer will take you to Toronto Pearson International Airport in time for your flight to Calgary where on arrival, another transfer awaits to take you to the charming mountain town of Banff. Stroll the riverside path to the beautiful Bow Falls before heading down Banff Avenue to take your pick from the wide array of restaurants. The next two days are free for you to explore the many attractions in easy access of the town centre. Join a boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka, bathe in the historic hot springs, and ride Banff Gondola to enjoy spectacular views over the mountain ranges that surround the town.
Day 7
Lake Louise
It's only a short transfer to Lake Louise, one of the most photographed lakes in the world. There is plenty to see and do here so take a canoe out on the lake, hike up to the Lake Agnes Tea House or have lunch at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Visit the nearby Moraine Lake for breath-taking views over the turquoise lake and down the Valley of the Ten Peaks towards a wonderous wall of mountains at the end.
Day 8
Icefields Parkway
Travel from Lake Louise to Jasper on one of the most scenic highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway. After a photo stop at Bow Lake, you will stop at the Columbia Icefield, one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle and one of the most accessible icefields in North America. Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier and learn about its geological features before stepping out on to the Glacier Skywalk for unobstructed views of the Sunwapta Valley. Lunch is provided at the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre. Afterwards, a brief stop will be made at Athabasca Falls before arriving in Jasper in the afternoon.
Day 9-10
Jasper
You have two free days in Jasper to explore the surrounding national park and its majestic scenery. We recommend you book an excursion to nearby Maligne Lake and cruise to Spirit Island, an iconic vista of the Canadian Rockies with distant jagged mountains providing the perfect backdrop. On the outskirts of Jasper and easily reached by local transport are lakes such as Pyramid Lake, where you can hire a canoe, and Lake Annette, with its enticing beach. In the evening take a stroll in downtown Jasper and take your pick from the many different restaurants, bistros, and bars on offer. Look out for wildlife, Jasper is known for the herd of Elk that graze on the outskirts of town.
Day 11
Rocky Mountaineer to Kamloops
Travel on board the Rocky Mountaineer to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. From inside Rocky Mountaineer's signature glass dome carriages you will see dramatic changes in scenery as you travel over the Yellowhead Pass and past Mount Robson, at 3,954 metres the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Continue along the banks of the North Thompson River and into the desert-like environment around Kamloops.
Day 12
Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver
Step back on-board Rocky Mountaineer as you continue west towards the Pacific Ocean. On today's journey you will see more changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the B.C. interior through winding river canyons and past the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley.
Day 13
Vancouver
Today you are free to explore the enchanting coastal city of Vancouver. Take a stroll round Stanley Park, head over to Granville Island to discover a world of food, art and culture or take a shuttle bus over to the North Shore and the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 70 metres over the Capilano River.
Day 14
Fly Home
Your adventures in Canada have come to an end. After some last-minute shopping and sight-seeing, transfer independently to Vancouver International Airport for your flight home.
