Calgary
On arrival to Calgary International Airport, transfer independently to your airport hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the city, why not head up the Calgary Tower for views over the prairies and distant Rocky Mountains?

Kananaskis
Pick up your motorhome and after having stocked up on groceries, it’s time to leave the city behind for the great outdoors. The Kananaskis Valley is a collection of over 10 provincial parks and wildlife reserves. At Boundary Ranch you can explore the valley and its forest on horseback stopping for a BBQ lunch with views towards the surrounding mountains. The Mount Lorette Ponds is a great place for a short and easy lakeside stroll and if the weather is right, you can get pictures of the mountains reflecting in the still waters.

Banff National Park
Journey to Banff National Park, Canada’s oldest national park is famous for its deep blue lakes and and jagged mountain peaks where you have two full days to explore. Ride the Banff Gondola up to the top of Sulphur Mountain to enjoy incredible views of the 6 mountain ranges that surround the town and stroll the riverside path to the beautiful Bow Falls. Cruise on nearby Lake Minnewanka and spend time relaxing in the thermal waters of the historic Banff Upper Hot Springs, a magical experience that has drawn visitors to Banff since 1886.

Yoho National Park
Take the Bow Valley Parkway stopping to admire the falls at Johnston Canyon, the imposing Castle Mountain and the famous view at Morant's Curve. Head over the continental divide and into the stunning Yoho National Park where you will have a full day to visit Takakkaw Falls, Natural Bridge and hike around the cool blue Emerald Lake.

Icefields Parkway
Travel to Jasper on one of the most scenic highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway. After a photo stop at Peyto Lake and Bow Lake, stop at the Columbia Icefield, one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle and one of the most accessible icefields in North America. Here you can ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier before stepping out on to the Glacier Skywalk for unobstructed views of the Sunwapta Valley. Afterwards, make a stop Athabasca Falls before arriving in Jasper in the afternoon.

Jasper National Park
Enjoy two free days in Jasper to explore the surrounding national park and its majestic scenery. We recommend you book an excursion to nearby Maligne Lake and cruise to Spirit Island, an iconic vista of the Canadian Rockies with distant jagged mountains providing the perfect backdrop. On the outskirts of Jasper and easily reached by local transport are lakes such as Pyramid Lake, where you can hire a canoe, and Lake Annette, with its enticing beach. In the evening take a stroll in downtown Jasper and take your pick from the many different restaurants, bistros, and bars on offer. Look out for wildlife, Jasper is known for the herd of Elk that graze on the outskirts of town.

Lake Louise
Head back down the Icefield Parkway, stopping at Mt Edith Cavell for a hike on the Path of the Glacier trail to see new growth alpine forest and spectacular views of Mt. Edith Cavell and the Angel Glacier. Arrive at Lake Louise, this turquoise lake, with a spectacular mountain backdrop needs little introduction. There is plenty to see and do here so take a canoe out on the lake, hike up to the Lake Agnes Tea House, have lunch at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or visit the nearby Moraine Lake for breath-taking views down the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

Fly Home
Today your adventure comes to an end, return your motorhome and check in for your flight home.
